One of my goals this year is to reorganize my craft room. Again.
It’s not in a horrible state, outside of the after effects of the Christmas season. Well, that, and the crazy mood I got into on January 2nd to make a new lunch bag (pail) for myself.
It’s like a whirlwind in there.
I’d decided to start with the cabinet that holds all of my scrapbooking paraphernalia. After all, I’ve moved to digital, I don’t need all the papers, stickers, tools, etc.
I’m not crazy – I’m not going to get rid of it. I’m just not ready for that. My plan is to put it in a plastic tub and put some sewing things in the cabinet instead. Fabric, maybe. Batting, probably.
But I went down there this morning, opened the cabinet, and…
Nope. There’s too much stuff in that cabinet. And as I stared at it, I remembered how much I enjoyed working with all the paper. Now that I think of it, I also hated working with it. Always worried that I was going to cut something wrong, ruining the only piece of that paper I had…
There has to be something I can do with it, right? Some sort of craft thing?
Thoughts? 🙂
