Ingredients

  • 4 lb sirloin tip roast (or any beef roast)
  • 2 packets brown gravy
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  • Cut roast into 1 to 2 inch, bite size pieces, and place into slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk gravy powder into water, then pour mixture over beef.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked egg noodles.
