Simple Roast Potatoes

Super Simple, Quick Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425° F, and lightly grease a baking sheet (or line with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray).
  • Peel, rinse, and dice potatoes into ¼-½ inch cubes, and place into a medium bowl.
  • Add oil and all seasonings to the bowl with the potatoes, and toss to ensure all are evenly coated.
  • Put potatoes onto baking sheet in an single layer. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through the roast. Potatoes are done when they are fork tender.
