Yesterday was spent getting some things done.  Got up, waited for the temperature to rise just a bit before going for a jog (for the first time in weeks), then headed out to pick up lunch for both of us, and ribs for dinner.

Once the ribs were in the oven, and lunch had been eaten, I got the motivation to head to the craft room and try my hand at making a giant fabric bin.  It took a little over 2.5 hours, which I have to say, that with cutting the fabric and ironing and figuring out which of the thread colors I already have that would work, was not bad.  And it turned out HUGE.  Not a good size for what I had intended, but it’s super pretty, and I love it.

And now, I have more confidence to try something different – like a triangular bin…  for an upcoming furniture purchase…

Today is laundry day, and doing a first pass cleaning of the lower floor.  MM and I have a couple coming over for dinner on Friday, and man, is the house not ready for company.  So, off I go.  I swear.  I’m not going to just sit here at my computer for another hour doing nothing.  I’m going to get up, hit the grocery store (also has to be done today), the pharmacy (also has to be done today), finish the laundry, and dust the house.

I really am.  I promise.

Aren’t I?  I guess we’ll see.  🙂
