I’m leading into a pretty busy time at work, but that means I get to de-stress using my journal! I decided to go with a travel theme.
I really dig this font! I’m the most proud of the compass, though. I did have to purchase an actual drawing compass, though. Which brought back memories of school…
Which actually works, right? Because for quite a few people in the US, it is time for school to begin. Doesn’t exactly match my travel theme, though.
I had so much fun drawing all of the suitcases and globes and such. And of course the coloring!
Being artistic like this gives my brain the ability to turn off what goes on during the day and allow it to concentrate on something completely different.
Either way, I had a great time putting these pages together. And could there be travel in my future? Maybe! Stay tuned!
I love your travel theme! A friend and I were discussing how hard a September theme was to land on, because back to school is August around us, but it’s too early for fall/decorative gourds. (Also, still have a compass on my desk because math life.)
