It’s been a busy summer after a very busy spring. A bit difficult to keep up, honestly. A couple of weekend trips in July, crazy work commitments, and a visitor under the age of 10 meant keeping up with my lovely blog was less than possible.

I’m a week behind with my bullet journal, and as you can see, I’m posting unfinished pages. Outlines, sometimes only pencil, and definitely not fully colored in.

But I’m excited to finish it! I’ve always been a little intimidated by drawing sunflowers – or any flower, really – but despite the fact that they’re not perfect, I like them so far.

It’s going to continue to be difficult – work continues to be busy, and a big trip is upcoming. And then fall will hit… 🙂
