MM has been gone since Sunday, and I’ve missed him terribly.

But I’ve taken that emotional craziness and turned it into productivity.  At least, for the last part of the week.

I had one set of group gifts done (at least the crafty part) before he left.  I’ve got the second half of that particular gift put together, but I need to put the two things together and determine how I’m going to package them up.

I’ve also finished the large portion of the second group gift I’m working on.  That’s as of about 2 hours ago!

This morning I woke up far too early for a vacation day, and ended up binge watching all four episodes of Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life this morning.  I laughed, I cried, I loved it.  Pshaw, I say to the naysayers.

The rest of the afternoon was spent decorating the house with everything that I was strong enough to lift.  Which means everything except the tree!  And hopefully that will be up and ready to go by the end of this weekend.

And the evening was spent on the aforementioned group gift crafty time.  I’ve also gone through all three versions of A Christmas Carol that I own!

Tomorrow I’ll be out of the house for the majority of the day due to a commitment with my quartet (getting paid!!), so I won’t be home when MM comes home, but I hope to leave the house in a state where he doesn’t have to lift a finger if he doesn’t want to!
